What is the differance between health-realated and skill-realted physical fitness ?
Health related fitness has to deal with what the body can do physically. Skill realated has to deal with what happens mentally .Skill related fitness is mostly what you think mentally , and Heath related fitness has alot to do with your muscles and muscular endurance.

Flexibility,Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength , Muscular Endurance, Body Composition
What are skill related components of fitness ?
Agility,Balance ,Coordination,Power,Reaction Time, Speed
Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit ?
Because being physically fit is up to you; you don't have to be a part of a team to decide to take on your own roll as being the fit person you want to be.
Why is it important to know your current level of health realated fitness ?
So you can know were you need to improve at or elevat
